Is there a typo in the rillette. It says only one egg in the ingredients but the instructions refer to multiple🤔
I might make that Bo kho whether or not I do VAV!
What a completely wonderful project! Too much for me to attempt, but it brought great memories of retro receptions where vol-au-vent with creamy mushrooms or salmon were the only bites I still remember!
