It is a Oolong variety that tastes creamy and flowery with hints of vanilla. There a natural grown Milky Oolongs (rare) and also aromated (common). Love it also in caramel sauce to intense the flavor.
I love a pear! I'm currently enjoying Melissa Thompson's pears poached in sorrel.
I lost my sense of taste with covid in July - it's almost back to normal now, but the first 3 weeks I only had salt, sweet and not-taste sensations like heat from chilli and pepper or cool from toothpaste. Totally bizarre.
