Made this today. Pastry was pretty easy to make and held together well which is a feat given i live in a country where it’s constantly 30C and hotter. It lacked richness and tasted a bit flat though. Also the apples weren’t sweet enough with just 1 tbsp of sugar sprinkled on top. All in all, a little disappointing.
