Seawolf Bakery (along Stone Road) would be my first recommendation. Their savory and sweet croissants, cinnamon rolls (laminated and big!), lye rolls are all so good. Their sourdough and other breads are also amazing.

I’ve pre-ordered the US version (truth be told, I also purchased the UK version before I knew there would be a US version) - will there be an opportunity for you to sign it at the event? I wasn’t sure if only pre-signed copies would be sold. You’ve changed the baking game for all of us!
