Let me start by saying that I will never stop loving the 3 pm oat biscuits, but I have fallen hard for this new kid in town. Made with apple butter, these crispy, frilly-edged oat biscuits have that can’t-stop-eating-them quality that I look for in a bake. Blink, and you’ll miss them. I found myself eating half a tray without even realising it. Depending on how you bake them, they might have a slight chew in the centre, which is hard to resist.
