When I was a child my dad would occasionally take me to a family friend’s house and their son, Yohan, was chess master. After a few trips there, I realised that I really enjoyed playing chess but I wasn’t so bothered about winning, which I think wound Yohan up a bit - also explains a lot about my life. My game sits somewhere between hope/play chess. And yes, this year is going to be totally vintage - a peach of a year, a peach (or apricot) tatin of a year.
The cocoa powder seems to be missing from the detrempe recipe? Trying to figure out the numbers from the spread sheet but struggling to make it make sense.
