Last years line up achieved legendary status in my house so I did wonder if the biscuits would be back đŸ™‚ Thrilled to read these will DEFINITELY be a yearly tradition! đŸ˜œ

Can’t wait to make these! Also, idea for next year, biscuits for an epic cheese board?!đŸ¤¤

Amazing!

I'm wondering how to incorporate vanilla in the vanilla spritz (and how much)?

Looking forward to baking these to see how they compare to the brown butter viennese!

Omg! Can’t believe I missed that. Either do 1 tsp of good vanilla bean paste or lob in a whole pod, scraped. Thanks for spotting that. I’ll rework it into the recipe now x

I’m so delighted to see you have shared these recipes, I got there in time to try one of each except the florentines and the special so now I’ll get to make those at home! So worth the hours queue, this event was so fun and I was so happy to get to see you in person and more importantly try some of your baked goods! Excited to make all of these for friends and family this Christmas.

Hiii! This is iconic, I wish I could have been there.

The vanilla spritz were piping beautifully but in my second half of the batch, I made a silly mistake and think I went a bit too far with the microwave. The dough changed in texture and colour, and seemed to break apart while piping. Is there any hope for it after a knead/chill, or should I give up on that half batch?
