You know how 20 years ago the Sunday paper would be your breakfast staple read. Well this is now it for me. I get beyond excited to receive this! This one is a cracker, canβt wait to make it. The recent Apple pie was stunning! Have a lovely day π
Bread pudding is one of my all time favourite things. Good on the day, even better out of the fridge the following day. Looking forward to this one π
Where do you get your croissants from? I only ask because I stopped baking bread and butter pudding with them when my parents left France. Fancy gourmet croissants and British supermarket croissants just don't work, but the neighbourhood French bakery ones and the ones in boxes in French supermarkets are stunning here.
Ephronβs BreadβnβButter pudding recipe from Heartburn is the best ever. I have upgraded to brioche and I crumb the bread before pouring over the mixture. She describes it as caramel mush and it is the perfect comfort food.
Another fabulous recipe. These last few weeks youβve been on fire! Apples, mincemeat and B&B pudding. Keep up the great work. Off to read the tiramisu post now π

I wish you could also use American measurements.

Love the idea of a load style - sliceable pud Nicola! I wonder how a shokupan variant would weather!? π«£π€·πΌββοΈ
