THANK YOU MY FRIEND NICOLA! It was so fun to be interviewed by you and be asked niche flavor questions. I hope you all love the yoghurt cake and the book as much as I do :)
Love a yoghurt cake! It's my go-to when people are coming round and I want to give them a treat but not put any effort into making it. Never tried adding syrup though. Will definitely give it a go. This sounds like a lovely flavour combination too.
I did ask the question Rd the size of the pot, but I note in this post you have mention 150gr. I figured if I wanted to know the measurements for the rest of the ingredients I can easily manage to weigh them, particularly the dry ingredients. Thank you for sharing the recipe and for the great interview with Claire
The yogurt cake looks great! But to be honest I don’t quite understand the ‘pot’ measurements. Is this assuming the maker buys a 150g pot of yoghurt and uses this to measure everything? It’s be nice to know amounts if you are just using yogurt from a large container. Thanks!

I quite often do this: you can just use a glass or cup that is approximately yoghurt pot-sized. About 120-150ml.
