Good catch! Not sure how that error happened except that I'm not always great with geography. Just heard from someone they got tonka beans in NYC, so it's definitely possible!

Any recommendations for reputable retail sources for tonka beans?
I expect it depends where you are! I order from Epices de Cru in Montreal or get the Almondena ones from Flavourfull.ca
