I'd love a dive into Angel Flake - it's so expensive and hard to come by in the UK and I am not entirely sure all the ingredients are things I want to eat, but I have never found a completely satisfactory DIY approach.

My latest obsession has been adding sweetened condensed coconut milk to my coffee, with cinnamon vanilla salt sprinkled on top of the frothed milk. 🤤 the coconut adds a fatty sweetness, my hack for Bulletproof Coffee. Not sure if you have that in the UK?
