I just opened a 3kg bag of coconut sugar this morning (to go with our weekly crepes) and the smell was amazing.

I’ll have to try some coconut sugar shortbread!

So interesting - I didn't realise light/dark brown sugar and light/dark muscavado were different things - have always used them interchangeably! Love the sound of the maple shortbread
