Bought Sift a week ago for my wife. This is what she says..... It is a revelation! I have been baking for over 50 years but I am finding new techniques and having a great time trying the recipes. Made croissants that for the first time ever (tried lots of times) actually looked and tasted like croissants should. Made the chicken pie... laminated suet pastry(?) who'd thought that it would make such a difference!! lots of others that are waiting to be baked.. will let you know how they turn out!! This 71 year old is in baking heaven..
