Hello hello hello,

I am so thrilled to announce that I’ll be taking SIFT on a book tour around the UK over the next few months!

I’ll be bopping around bookshops & festivals across the country and I am so excited to meet as many of you as possible! There might be a sneaky pop-up or two along the way, too. It’s going to be so much fun to talk to you about the book and chat about all things cake and pastry. What a dream come true.

Here’s the line-up so far:

I’m SO excited to be making the most of the city hopping and will be doing collaborations and events with some incredible bakeries along the way. I’ll keep you updated with all the details of those.

The SIFT pop-up at Toklas on 1st May in London is no reservations :) I hope to see lots of you there!!!
