I hope all is well in your world. I’m here to deliver my new fave way to deal with puff pastry scraps: Croutons! Cacio e Pepe croutons, to be exact. Or teeny tiny cheese scones. Of course you could use fresh puff pastry sheets for this, too, but there is something satisfying about using up leftovers, isn’t there?
